Shipping

Our standard flat rate charge is £4.00 (within UK), £27.00  (within Europe) and £25.00 (all other countries), irrespective of the size or value of your order. To addresses within the UK you can also select to pay Priority Shipping, which is £7.50 for a delivery on the next working day ( this is the next day after we ship your order). If you would like to check the date that we can ship your order by, please get in touch, we are happy to help!

Please note that we don’t charge VAT on orders dispatched overseas. In Europe the VAT will be collected by the courier before they deliver the order. The VAT is charged at the local rate in the country the order is being sent to and this is additional to any payment made to Quaichshop.

All orders are normally  dispatched within 1 to 6 working days of the order being received by us. If an item happened to be out of stock, we shall email the customer to notify them of the delay, and give an expected date for dispatch.

If you are needing your order in a hurry we have a section on the website 24 hr dispatch where we offer a large number of products that can be sent out within 24 hours (Mon -Thur, excluding public holidays).
