Delivery

Our standard flat rate charge is £4.00 (within UK), £27.00  (within Europe) and £25.00 (all other countries), irrespective of the size or value of your order. To addresses within the UK you can also select to pay Express Shipping, which is £7.50 for a guaranteed next day service ( this is the next day after we ship your order). If you would like to check the date that we can ship your order by, please get in touch, we are happy to help!

All orders are normally  dispatched within 1 to 5  working days of the order being received by us. If an item happened to be out of stock, we shall email the customer to notify them of the delay, and give an expected date for dispatch.

If you are needing your order in a hurry, we have a section on the website 24 hour dispatch where we offer a large number of products that can be sent out within 24 hours if you select express shipping at checkout (Mon – Thur except public holidays).

Returns

Buy with confidence. If you change your mind about your purchase you can return your order to us (within 14 days) for a full refund.

Unfortunately we can’t refund the cost of personalized items unless they are found to be substandard.

Tax

Prices include VAT at 20%, this is the amount charged to all orders delivered to the UK. On orders delivered outside the UK, the VAT will be deducted from the order at checkout.
